Koo Kee Yong Tow Foo Mee - 275D Compassvale Link

I went to the shop @Sengkang mall. It started the closing shortly at 2115. I ordered Yong Taw Foo with rice. The Yong Tow Foo was so so, not tastful. The rice was cold though I requeated for hot rice again during ordering It was not a decent meal and the usual standard I tasted before. In sum, this meal was below the usual standard of Koo Kee. Look forward to improvement for next visit.

Terrible, the service was so bad. The person didnt even bother double confirming my order first. My father changed his order the 2nd time and the person didnt even pay attention to the changes in order and went on to talk with the other staff. When the order was wrong the person claimed that it was my father fault that he didnt say properly when actually she didnt even bother paying attention. Zero patience, my father is a senior citizen too and this is how they treat my father. Wow, not to mention they dont even TRY to help you refund or change your order when it is wrong. No sense of responsibility nor respect towards Senior Citizen ?. What kind of workers do you even train for them to treat Senior Citizen like that? No patience at all, such a disgrace to your store and company. I suggest you dont visit this outlet, there are many other outlets and their service is WAY better than this. I love their food but their service is terrible. This is so shameful

It's an old establishment, and I know it's been around as long as I can recall. Placed an online order this morning for lunch. We had 3 orders of their speciality noodles, and 1 laksa... The noodles were springy, and mixed in with their supplied chilli and sweet sauce, was a perfect blend of Al dente with sweet and hot flavours! The Yong Tau Foo was excellent, and the laksa broth Very Lemak and spicy! It's just the way the family likes it! All in all, it was a perfect lunch-in, and I doubt this will be the last time we get food from them!

horrible service. the person talked back " why did u say earlier ? " when i ask for more sauce. is it very hard just to get one more sauce packet.

I enjoyed their yong tau Foo meals orders via Grab - particularly the Chee cheong fun, spinach soup and bee Hoon soup. Tastes so good like comfort food, especially their sauce & chilli. Soup was Nicely packed in paper containers too. My family enjoyed it and we ordered several times too
