Lorenzo helped me with rebuilding a wheel as a spoke was broken and it was very old and I rather have it replaced with proper WheelSmith spokes and new nipples
He even went the extra length to polish the spoke adaptors (it's an old style rim) and my hubs.
Can't say enough good things about this bike shop. Excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my go-to shops for my MTB needs in the area. Lorenzo is a patient and knowledgeable bike mechanic and does fantastic work. Turnaround can be very quick... He managed to rebuild my wheel within a day! Even cleaned up my cassette and hubs! Thumbs up.

Brought my Trek FX1 for basic clean-up and tuning. I also couldn't inflate one of my tires and was told the tubing needed to be replaced. Was quoted $200+ in total.
My family helped to pick my bike home and then I discovered the replaced tube uses Presta pump valve instead of the original Schrader one I had. So I ended up with 1 bike with 2 different pump valves.
Contacted Bike Technics regarding the above and they told me they didn't have stock for a tubing of my size with Schrader pump valve and they took their own liberty to replace an alternative without informing me? Still had the cheek to offer me a $10 replacement for my other tubing if I bring it down to them again.
Never returning back to this shop. Customer service at the counter was also poor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went down to the shop today to look around. was greeted by one of the staff (not sure malay or pinoy) and i said i was just looking around. he then rolled his eyes and walked behind the counter. when i asked the tall mechanic, (there were 2 mechanics) about the availabilty of tires, he answered me straight without any hesitation like a robot.
this shop needs to improve on customer service and the first guy that served me needs to change his attitude...
