Got us even to compare and customise the size of each furniture's, as BTO are small this days. Even with slight hiccups due to Covid, all came in place and really appreciate the help from her . Thk u so much Jacqueline and Choice Furniture. Love my Home . . . So comfy
S	Sumitra2201 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. We bought a sofa, dining table and had a complimentary coffee table on November start 2021. We were then asked to pay full payment before delivery. That was fine. They delivered our coffee table and sofa correctly. However, my Dining table got delayed and came 1 month after Deepavali with a huge crack. We asked to get replacement. They then told us due to covid there might be delay in shipment and that in can only come in feb 2022. We waited. Eventually on 09/02/22, they told us that they checked the colour and the table colour is wrong. Can you imagine, how careless and irresponsible. So for a order made on 11/2021, I ended receiving it only on 11/04/2022.

The 8 week wait from order to delivery was more than worth it. So thank you to Choice Furniture and Toto in particular for her frank and friendly advice.

Constantly following up on our delivery status orders despite us purchasing the items 2-3 months beforehand. Sofa, dining table and coffee table which are customised came in tremendous quality and worth every penny
