Y	Yaya nk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super rude. I admit its my mistake coz didnt see the sign about no pump service at here but i dont think he need to be that rude. He eventually pump my bicycle tyre but he grumble and talk with a loud voice. Before me, got 1 guy bring his kid bicycle also got scolded. The uncle look at the bicycle and said loudly he cant fix the bicycle. He dont even know whats wrong with the bike yet but already refused to repair. Said he dont know how to repair online bike.. im surprise how he can last long in this business when he provide super bad service but then realised only him provide this service around here.. will never come this place again to repair if any. Reading the comment here, i better not go also.

R	Raden Syahid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All i can say is that if you learn or buy a bike from online,don't bother go to this repair shop. He will not even bother to help you. Earlier today, went there to get my crank dust cap remove from the left arm cause it is stuck, just because i am able to remove the drive side of my bike cause i learned it from youtube,he can't be bothered to help. He just look at my bike and went on to mock me infront of his friends and speaking loudly about it. He kept on repeating at me "you can open one side,why cannot open the other side?" By the way,this is the second time i went there,the first time was much more pleasant because i went to get inner tube and tyre replacement. Also,if your not buying anything from him,don't expect any type of service from him. He will ignore you.

Purchased a suspension fork from him before, it was forcefully installed with the star nut installed crooked. He will not hesitate to scold customer if he is unhappy. Looking at the numbers of negative reviews, I guess that speaks.

I brought my bike to ask about how much to fix the pedal ball bearing, straight away he judged my bike it is from china and can’t use it anymore.. better buy a new one.. in rude mannerly way. seriously man? What type of bicycle shop is this i don’t know.. better avoid this shop..

Totally 10 times more professional than the 347 Samudera Bicycle Shop uncle, who told me “professional stories” to get me into spending more. I was there at 492 to change inner tyre which caused me 3 mins at $12, while the 347 uncle refused to change it after keeping/kept me in queue for 90 mins, unless I spend roughly $80 to change the tyre. My humble advice, for your consideration.
J	Jason Teo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a bicycle there more than 10 years ago and went back to this shop to fix the rear derailleur due to alignment out after about 5 years didn't use the bicycle. When the owner saw the bicycle, he asked whether the bicycle was purchased from him and I replied yes. Then he told me that it was a China made bicycle and it was not worth to do alignment of the rear derailleur and asked me to buy a new bicycle from him instead. When I told him that I don't need a new bicycle, he raised his voice at me and called me a cheapskate then asked me to leave his shop. A very rude owner who likes to hard sell his bicycles at high price for a China made bicycle. Do not visit unless you want to ask for a good scolding. Boost about his repair skills but can only fix minor problems and the same problem will come back after a very short period of time.
H	Hendrix Tanoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely wonderful service. Went there with my boy and the old uncle let my kid tried 2 of the bikes. Very friendly but spoke simple English. After we said we still undecided - he was still all smile and said ‘no problem can come back later’. We did come back and bought the bike. He even delivered the bike at no extra charge promptly at the appointed time. Our house is around 7KM away. Keep the no frills and friendly service uncle!
