★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient if you're planning a stay at the hotel as you bypass the extra bus transportation and saves you from juggling the hotel and ferry separate. The boat doesn't seem as nice as other operators to Bintan and a bit slower. The crew was plesent and accommodating. The hotel is another story and review in itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a huge fan of the setup here. Check-in was quick, and immigration speedy, but the boarding experience and pier walk left a lot to be desired.
The departure gates all lead to the same jetty meaning you have to be careful to get on the correct ferry if there's more than one departing.
There is no queuing system, and the ferries are free seating, so there's a scrum to get through the departure gates.
Once on the ferry, there is limited storage and can be large queues whilst people stuff their bags in to the provided racks.
The furnishing / decor is in need of a refresh.
Food was sub par with hot dogs as the main (only) meal you could have, with a steamed bun...
Having used several island hopping ferries around the region, this one needs some improvement to get some more stars!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite basic and clean. Just a small departure, customs and passport control centre with basic amenities. Ferry running 22 minutes late. Limited food to eat but good free flat white coffee machine in Emerald Lounge. NOTE: WHEN YOU RETURN ON THIS FERRY BACK TO SINGAPORE THE TAXI SERVICE IS NEARLY NON EXISTENT. WE WAITED 20 MINUTES AND FORCED TO PAY DOUBLE BY TAKING A LIMOUSINE TAXI FROM THEIR BOOKING OFFICE OUTSIDE THE TERMINAL. - NOT HAPPY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled economy as club med purchased tickets, wasn’t aware of emerald ticket option. Trip was about 40 min & pleasant without issues, processing at Bintan was okay, return trip processing through customs was a Joke about 90min, there were some passengers being escorted to be processed quicker & expect this was Emerald class, so would pay extra for these benefits at Singapore end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got to the ferry terminal 45 mins early and was told that my newborn required an ART to travel. The lady at the counter was super helpful by assisting us through the process and fast tracking the ART results. We were able make the ferry just in the nick of time.
