β β β β β Went to try out their coolsculpting and I like that they are very clear and transparent about their prices. I was served by Xiaoman and she isn't pushy and answered all my queries, if any. My visit was also comfortable and I hope to see more visible results.

β β β β β I signed up for 30 sessions of Tesla for my DR. However, the treatment doesn't work at all. There was little to no improvement. During my second last session I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to another treatment that is "better".
Best is to ask if there are other "better" treatment before signing up. Or else it will be just waste of time and money.

β β β β β My fiance and I had a pleasant first experience at Bio Aesthetic. The staff, Xiaoman, was very friendly and also helpful with helping us to understand the various facial treatments and with clarifying our doubts. There isn't hard selling, and we both feel very satisfied with the trial we did so we decided to get a package. We are very excited to try the laser treatment as recommended by Xiaoman.

β β β β β Itβs my first time visiting Bio Aesthetic today and the experience was great! The staff there were patient and meticulous in explaining the different services/ products they provide. I went for the hydra peel facial done by Lyn, followed by a skin booster done by Dr Vijay and got their skin cell repair masks. I cannot wait to see the result of my skin condition! I would recommend anyone to visit them for any aesthetic services!!

β β β β β I went on 3 July which was my first visit. I received voucher from Style theory as I'm their regular, so I decided to give it a try. There's various promotions going on, so in the end, I chose the best package for my facial.
The staff is experienced and explained to me clearly on their procedures and promotions. Before doing certain actions that may sting or hurt my face, she will give me a warning first. The staff provided warm and friendly service. Despite me asking a lot of questions, she still explained to me patiently all their packages, friend referral and products.
After the session, my face feels very cleaned and hydrated. I am glad to go down for a facial which gave me a deep impression. The staff do not give hard sell tactic which I like. It's their patience and experienced service that makes me want to go back again.
