★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had such a relaxing scalp treatment today with Tammy. She's an extremely experienced hair specialist and was very helpful in recommending a suitable treatment for my oily scalp. The cherry on top ? was the lovely ice cream waffle Post treatment made by Carmen. Thank you for making me feel so pampered and for making my hair so shiny and smooth!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time at Bio Organicare to try out their Bio'Gro Detoxifying treatment. My consultant is Jasmine. During the consultation, she explained very clearly about my hair condition which made me understand my hair better. The treatment was overall really nice. The service here was also very good. I was served with a nice cup of butterfly pea flower tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I walked by and saw they did a scalp treatment, we asked the staff what time works for them and came back within 30 mins. This experience was unlike anything else l, it was absolutely amazing. Welcomes in with a lovely warm drink/tea and then are taken to your seat for your treatment to begin. We had Tammy and Jasmine - both so lovely friendly and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Had a great massage whilst the hair mask was working it's magic. Finished with a hair wash, massage and then WAFFLES, with ice cream! Honestly they made our time here great. Thankyou!

Carmen who did the treatment for me is gentle, kind and thoughtful also. She explains every step of the treatment to assure me of all my concerns. Environment is clean and comfortable. Thumbs up. ??

She also ensured that I was well-taken care of during my treatment there. Overall, great experience, soothing environment and great waffles - yes, they serve it with ice cream too!
