This review is for the outlet at Bugis Junction which is quite small and squeezy but it does carry quite alot of brands and products. However, the same problem with this outlet is that staff prefer chatting among themselves than serving customers. Also, the staff tend to assume every Chinese-looking customer can speak and understand Mandarin, which is again a case of lack of common sense and professional customer service. Please do not hire staff who Expect Customers to speak and understand Mandarin. This is Singapore. We use English as a 1st language and for business communication. Companies must train and remind their staff on this aspect. Mandarin should only be spoken to unless customers say so. Otherwise, PRC staff, especially, have to learn basic conversational English and do their job properly. It shouldn't be the other way, that customers must speak Mandarin to suit the staff??!! Companies-please get your priorites right as this displays absolutely poor customer service, poor staff training & discrimination towards customers!!

Was served by counter staff Nicole at 9:50pm+ today. She told us to hurry up as she is very tired. Is a counter staff even supposed to say that? She also asked us in a condescending tone if we are from China. When she found out that we are Singaporeans, her tone changed completely and she tried to make small talk with us, very unprofessional. After that she even stopped us from using our membership, and gave us an unconvincing explanation about how Singapore has a new law that prevents this. Not even sure how to react to that.

Disgusting. Very bad service. Their staff told me that hand sanitizer was coming in tday at 5pm but when i went down at 4.50pm i saw a few ppl queuing up. Then we queued for 20+ mins till 5.24 to be exact they say there was no stock wth is this? Then dont tell your customers that there was stocj coming in today. Called their hotline but no one answered called their hotline 6x times wth is this. Is this how you do business?

Went to buy sleeping aid cos of my week long insomnia. The lady said I need prescription, so they can't sell it. After a quick search their online store sell it without the need of prescription. Thank you very much to the judgemental lady, you added another sleepless night I guess.

I bought things from this Watson store before, things are reasonably priced and staff is ok in service overall experience is ok?? (New Update) I recently visit the store and it run out of YSB antifungal cream that i really need to get and they don't bother to restock for a long time already from my previous visit too, staff are not that helpful, ratings drop now...

I was made an advanced payment to purchase for my items on 02.03.2022 when I have been told it was out of stocks. Hence they asked me to paid and wait until stocks arrival. I'm keep on waiting and waiting but non of staff to call me for my product arrival until today 22.04.2022 no avail and non of a call I receive from any Watson's staff from Vivo Harbourfront. I feel very very disappointed !! I hope your outlet staff in charge person to do something instead of I'm going to your outlet and get another unnecessary unsatisfying. Pls reply me. TQ
