When Tampines branch was closed for renovation, I went to the branch @ Hougang Midtown.
I then went on to sign an unlimited natural hair touch-up.
Currently Janet has been assigned to me.
Janet is a cheerful, friendly woman & I hope that she continues to be assigned to do my hair touch-up.
I frequent the outlet fortnightly & I feel that even with a fortnight touch-up with Bioskin natural hair dye, my hair doesn't feel dry.
Janet gives me a good head & shoulder massage after my hair wash.
Thanks Bioskin for the quality product that you use and I am very happy with Janet.

No hard selling, i'm so happy that I purchased a facial package. I like the ambiance it's very relaxing. Got privacy as well because they have individual rooms for customers. Highly recommended, Very good experience, worth every penny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ms. Tinny was the one who did facial services on me. I can tell that she's experienced because she was able to recommend the right type of facial suitable for my skin needs. Their skin machine was also a big help to know what my real skin condition is. Right after the facial, my skin becomes hydrated and bright. And now a week after, still so bright and looking fresh. Will surely come back. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I look forward to my monthly hair colouring service and scalp treatments by the therapist Janet. She is very professional, great service and her attention to detail is excellent. She makes me feel relaxed and rejuvenated after my sessions with her. I always leave the session feeling happy and it does not hurt to hear Janet complimenting me on my hair texture and natural curls. I would also like to compliment the staff at midtown branch for their efforts in keeping the premises tidy and clean and for their friendly demeanour.
