★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor after sales support. I bought a ilock 6B during the popular book fair and it cannot fit my door. I wanted to change but they only allow me to upgrade to bigger lock which does not fit my door as well and its mire than double the cost. Felt cheated. Will not recommend to purchase any locks from them.
