Yen is a very passionate and knowledgeable teacher. We had alot of questions during the hypnobirthing course, with which she answered with lots of patience and advised us on other pregnancy and postpartum problems that are not part of the course. Very informative and personalised.

Yen is a very effective communicator who has deep knowledge in hypnobirthing. Goes the extra mile to provide useful tips and advice from pre-labour to post-labour and even on parenting with a tinge of personal touch. Xing and I have benefited from her classes. Highly recommended for new parents who would like to try hypnobirthing!

I strongly recommend everyone to learn from Yen if you wish to understand more about how child birth can be managed and to greatly reduce the chance of unnecessary medical intervention. I first met Yen in 2018 when i was pregnant with my firstborn. It was a great experience to manage all surges(contractions) and many friends around me were amazed when I told them I gave birth after 18 hours without pain-killers. Fast forward to 2020, i thought i had more time to refresh myself with Hypnobirthing techniques but my second born came 4 weeks earlier than expected! 36 weeks was too early and I panicked when my water bag leaked. I consulted Yen and my hubby also agreed that we can still wait for the surges to be consistent before heading to the hospital. We even discharged and went for a meal in between since there was no progress because there was no delivery suite available. Yen was there for us and answered our questions patiently even though we didnt engage her services. Super passionate, experienced and patience! Highly recommended!!

Yen is a well experienced Hypnobirthing Educator, butterfly touch massage expert and has many feathers in her cap. This particular review is about Butterfly touch massage. I learnt the technique from Yen for my 6 months old daughter in Feb 2019 and used it extensively to calm her to sleep. Help ease her teething issues, build her immunity up and solving toddler tantrums (yes, the gentle touch worked wonders). Now, it makes my daughter to have sleep well throughout the night. Helps to drain her nose to get relief from nasal issues. With the experience gained, I have started using butterfly touch massage to relax myself.

Yen is extremely committed, generous with her time and very knowledgeable about everything natural when it comes to childbirth and care. Her gentle and loving approach was very reassuring and her availability and commitment to each one of us made me feel like it was a private class. She answered all my questions and cleared my doubts and spent considerable amount of time with me over phone to help me not only prepare for childbirth but even after to teach me how to take care of my baby when I felt lost. I am very grateful to Yen for her immense and priceless help!

Yen explained her lessons clearly and her classes are very experiential. She instilled faith and confidence on my husband and myself that we can make the delivery a smooth and positive process. Happy Women's Day, Yen. May you touch more babies/mom and make a difference in their life, how the mother go through the birthing and how the baby enter the world. It makes a difference to 2 souls - mom and baby. And of course the daddies as well (as they play a pivotal role as a husband/father).

Hypnobirthing is a lost and found concept which though sounds natural but the current medical system isn't aware of using it. Yen, is doing a great job of bringing the awareness amongst the new parents. She gave all the sessions very nicely and I really benefitted from the hypnobirthing breathing techniques. Choosing the right medical centre is crucial to the success of hypnobirthing implementation. I cannot completely disregard the use of active labor management but where its used as a protocol and timed it according to doctors' shifts , it makes the normal delivery highly assisted and not very natural. My husband and I used the Dover essential oils given by her and also the massages helped in relaxing during pregnancy. Thanks Yen, I do recommend that you collaborate with some birthing centre or hospital where you can give all services to the client to make their experience truly authentic once they are convinced to take that step
