Biryani Brews - Central

Update Today was my 4th time ordering from this restaurant and slightly disappointed I must say. There is a lot of inconsistency in all the orders. Sometimes it's the overall quality issue, sometimes it's (only rice and no chicken) chicken biryani. However not lowering overall stars as I believe the restaurant could use another chance. Pls do not disppoint. ------------------------------------------- Great Experience ! Just tried their Chicken Dum Biryani & it was really good. Biryani was nicely packed along with Salan (Curry), Raita (Yogurt) and some wooden cutlery. It did have nice meat to rice ratio as well, but wish the chicken was more into a few pieces rather than 1 big leg piece. Also it could have been a spicier as well (missing whole spices), but people who prefer a bit mild/average spice level would definitely enjoy it. It is a slightly less priced (as it is in a food court) than a restaurant biryani, but that does not affect overall food taste & quality Definitely worth visiting again!

Was pretty excited to order from here after reading all the great reviews but was mostly disappointed. While the chicken in the biryani was cooked well, the rice tastes nothing like Hyderabadi biryani, just yellow coloured rice lacking flavour.

The food is absolutely wonderful because of its unique flavor and authentic taste. Especially my kids also loved it a lot , honestly commented that“ the taste buds go for a vacation" after eating Biryani here?. The delivery packaging and quantity standards are superb ? and a great value for the price. We all highly recommend Biryani Brews?.

New biryani is brewing in town!!! After reading good reviews about their biryani and took a chance by ordering their food, they killed it ? Awesome biryani guys. I am that kind of a Dilliwaala who can travel hundred kilometres to get good biryani and you guys opened within 1km from my home ? Wow, keep rocking with the quality and prices, all the best to open your chain soon.

Firstly the concept - it's located in B1 dark food court called Central. Basically the meals are made in one kitchen for a number of brands here. The food itself - quality ingredients and generous...couldn't eat all the rice. However basically biryani was rice and spice, no raisins or anything else. The lassi - quite good for what it is. Payment is via card, I only used the website. The terminals may have NETS. But definitely no cash.

Very Tasty :) I ordered a Large portion of Briyani. Too big for me to finish alone. Will definitely recommend anyone to give it a try.

When we talk about biryani, we can’t miss to include Hyderabad style biryani right!. To delight Hyderabad style biryani lovers "Biryani Brews” is the best choice for Hyderabad biryani in SG. I Ordered mutton biryani and chicken biryani the food was hot and fresh, I couldn’t really resist to eat this. Packaging: It was neatly packed in attractively branded boxes consisting of raita and brinjal chutney. First tried the chicken biryani . I was drooling by its fragrant and had good amount of perfectly tender chicken pieces. While the mutton biryani was amazing and flavorful and the meat was succulent and perfectly cooked with good amount of spices. Cost : 5/5 Quantity: 5/5 Biryani taste : 5/5

This place has my highest recommendation. This biryani is so flavourful, can’t express in words. After searching for a while, my search for biryani ends here. I will be asking my frns to try their chicken dum biryani set. It’s yummy, tasty, flavourful, just amazing. Go try urself.
