★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lifts are malfunctioning and smelly.worn down tennis and basketball courts and No security measures,anyone can drive in and walk in thru by just clicking the button or wave in by car or taxis.not worth for the price just because the mall and train station is beside.good for Budget living as sharing.only a good Swimming pool to enjoy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst condo I’ve ever seen the rooms were small don’t have the feel of home. Facilities were horrible and the lift keeps breaking down. I’ve move on for one month and decided to move out again. Yuck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are three pools.A large,medium and kiddie pool.The medium pool has jets inside that you can operate with a button.There is an outdoor and indoor gym.A Basketball and Tennis/Badminton court.A barbecue area.A lot of beautiful scenery and spacious bedrooms.There is also a pond at the basement.Overall 5 stars!There is also a room connected to block 63 in the basement with a couch and many books and magazines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This condo is definitely the best condo i have ever seen. The rooms are gigantic and the toilets are huge. I live with my family and feel that the space is too big. We don't feel at home and will move out the next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I need to thank the security guard for personal reasons here. Condo is really nice, too, very bright and flashy lights along with a nice water feature at the entrance. There is a club room which isn't so common in older condominiums like this one. There is BBQ pit and pool as well.
