No proper documents. Don't explain properly. And place is very messy. Sales people sweet talk only until you buy their package.

Went there with a fave deal for Brazilian waxing. The moment I stepped into the room, the beautician gabbled on for the entire session trying to sell me a OPL hair removal package, with very few pauses in between to let me process or ask questions. (Ironically, she reassured me I could ask questions). She would stop halfway while waxing to talk about this other package, and also would continue speaking as she was stripping wax off me while I was bracing myself anticipating the pull out! I felt like I was simply a money pot to siphon money out from. Waxing service in session was ok as compared to the previous experiences I have had. However when I got home, I found that there were some remnants of wax remaining on my skin. Overall, a poor experience for me mainly characterised by the non -stop upselling and what I perceive as poor listening/communication skills.

Constant upselling. I prev did an IPL with them in a package and it was okay. (That IPL was also in a package) however I left it on pause for awhile. When making a new appointment, I was not informed that my package had already expired. I ended up paying $200 for a session of IPL. I wouldn’t have wanted to patronise if I knew my package had ended. Instead, the beautician offered me another package and kept talking without allowing me to think and comprehend. Beautician also doesn’t use gloves when shaving 5 star prices for 1 star service. No thank you. They are now known as sixth sense beauty
