โ โ โ โ โ Kindly teach your staff some manners..Teach them to greet customers especially in the morning..Teach them to be nice to customers..FONG has always been the rudest of them all..Teach them to smile..Teach them to say thank you once payment has been made..The bad vibes they radiates is contagious but I chose not to be affected..Only the uncle has the best attitude of them all..The rest are rubbish staff.

โ โ โ โ โ Management please pay attention to the quality of staff. There is a male staff (with mustache) who has been giving me wrong stuff twice. First I ordered bean curd with peanut rice balls and I only get bean curd without the rice balls!!!! Second time was today (I kinda expect something will go wrong) I told him I want all peanut balls and he gave me two peanut and one sesame. very frustrating! Twice already ! This kind of experience is really bad.

โ โ โ โ โ The taro soy drink was standard good I guess, the pearls are okay, nothing to be awed about but not horrible either.
I love many things made of dough, especially pancakes! But Mr Bean's pancakes have this weird taste to them that makes me feel mildly like vomitting every time I eat them. The fillings inside like red bean, cheese, and crunchy peanut are quite dry. The only one that is alright is the tuna one, if you like canned tuna.
The eggwiches are much better than the pancakes but more expensive.

โ โ โ โ โ The cheese pancake is only about 1/4 full of cheese. I had to bite into half the pancake before getting to any cheese and even then, the bottom was empty again. I find that this outlet has less fillings (i.e more stingy) than others, but no choice because I work near here. Please la, how much does cheese cost and to charge $1.60 for an almost plain pancake is ridiculous... Will not buy the pancakes from here anymore.

โ โ โ โ โ Quality of food is bad post reopening - their pancakes just dry and bland. Service is just bad - I dont think they want to be there either, especially the Chinese gentleman. Best to avoid until some sort of quality control returns (if ever)

Their opening hours are not updated. Either that, the chinese gentleman running the place opens and closes the shop as and when he likes
