Terrible after service from Admin. I first texted Jeslyn on 7th March. She told me to fill up the Google form and her staff will contact me. Then 11th March, their admin staff Angel texted me and told me the next available date is 9th April. Which was 1 month later and I can understand. Unfortunately, her technicians got covid 1 day before the servicing.. No follow up from Angel so I checked in on 15th April, 1 week later with regards to the new date. Angel replied on 18th April "Hello, Ms P. Hope you had a great long weekend. I will get back to you on the arrangement tomorrow. We're now arranging. So sorry for the delay, we're really shortstaffed at the moment. Thank you." She followed up again on 22nd April: "Hello, Ms P. Good morning to you. Our technicians will reach abt 5pm tomorrow, 23rd April, for the servicing. Would you be available? Thank you." And even though it was really last minute, I decided to cancel my plans and stayed home to wait for them to come. On 23rd April, 4.50pm I asked if the technicians are on the way. " Hello, Ms P. There was a delay in the previous job site, I'm afraid we need to postpone the appointment to Tuesday morning. 9-10am, 26th Apr. My most sincere apologies. The weather affected today's schedule." I mean honestly, you couldn't tell me earlier? And if I didn't text to check if the technicians is arriving, would I have not gotten a text? Rescheduled the servicing to 26th April 3pm. Checked with Angel if the technicians are arriving at 2.15pm. Was told that they can only come at 6pm. I took leave at work so that I can be home to wait for the technicians to arrive. But time and time again, I was left with disappointment. To date, I don't even know when will my ziptrak be fixed and repaired.

We installed Geiger blind with Spaceplus in July 2019, the metal piece suddenly flew out today leaving the blind hanging. It was a dangerous encounter as the long metal piece almost hit one of us in the living room when it flew out. And we could not get anyone from Spaceplus to assist despite calling various office numbers including Jeslyn. They are uncontactable during such emergency ie. simply no after sale service. Do hope Spaceplus contact us immediately, our blinds are still warranty and the hanging blinds look dangerous.

Their team knows their product very well and gave us a good briefing on the options and constrains. Installation was done professionally and the workmanship was good. The blinds went through the first rain test last night and as briefed by the team the area of water seepage were exactly where it should be and very minimal.

The service from the Space Plus team was excellent. Went to enquire about the ZipSystem for my house and they were to give me a very clear and detailed review of their product. Jon was also able to clarify my doubts and queries and he was very friendly and patient throughout it. Installation was fast and hassle-free. Space Plus have a very professional team that would be able to help you out! 10/10 service

We had our Zip track from Space Plus and within 2yrs, there had been multiple issues with our middle blinds which doesn't block the wind as much, and they constantly brush off saying it's unavoidable. Our neighbour 1 level down had no issues hence we highlight it might be workmanship issue. It was not addressed. Recently, the blind itself finally ripped and now we tried to get it repaired but the response from Space plus is terrible. Very bad customer service and post sales support. Decided to spend the money to pay for the replacement else the entire installation does not work anymore. Hopefully the workmanship last better this time. Thanks for responding Angel

Excellent service and experience with Space Plus! I was assisted by Jon who was a friendly and knowledgeable staff that patiently assisted me with the different products and services available. Very satisfied with the professionalism and seamless installation services that the team was able to provide as well. Space Plus was recommended by a friend for their quality of their products and I am glad that I was not disappointed! Will definitely spread the word and recommend Space Plus to everyone!

I usually canโ€™t be bothered to write reviews but i felt that everyone should know of the superb and commendable service that space plus provided for us. Jon was definitely one of the most dedicated and helpful staff within space plus. He is knowledgeable and was able to answer to our queries and doubts. On top of that the prices that they offered were relatively competitive which were one of the deciding factors in choosing Space plus. The blinds that they offered were of top quality and craftsmanship. Overall a smooth and hassle free process. Would highly recommend Space plus to anyone that is looking for high quality blinds!

Excellent service from Space Plus team. Jon was very responsive and were able to answer all our doubts and questions. Although their price are competitive, their workmanship and quality of blinds were able to live up to the standard. The installation process were fast and smooth, and everything was done within a week! Will definitely recommend Space Plus to my friends! :)
