★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 45-minute bedrock stone spa is equivalent to a 30 km jog! That is how intense this is. You will definitely perspire a lot after this session and that’s good! 15 mins of warming up (face down) in the 1st phase, followed by another 15 mins of intense perspiration (equivalent to a 10 km jog) laying sideways, and finally the last 15 mins of detoxification in phase 3 (equivalent to a 20 km jog) laying face-up.
You will have to shower (they have showering facility) before the spa as you are recommended not to shower for a couple of hours after that to let the body continue the detoxification. No cold drinks or food too after that! Overall, a good experience!
