i am a cabin crew. i fly to singapore once a month. i started doing my eyelash extensions with prestige since 2017, and i always love it. service is fantastic. and there's 10% cabin crew discount. Irene also did my eyebrows for me. I touch up my eyebrow microblading now at least once a year. it is very natural and i have intro a lot of other cabin crew from my airlines to come here. now almost all my cabin crew come to this shop to do. we love it! thank youuuu!!

I liked prestige Suntec until I got Wendy who destroyed my eyebrows with permanent eyebrow embroidery. Now I need to get laser to remove the embroidery which is very painful I was unfortunate to run into Wendy who claimed she was very good at eyebrow embroidery. First session was OK as she was keen to get my business. I booked the touch up session at Suntec with Wendy again. She forgot the appointment and when I called her she said she had customers at Pacific Plaza and couldn’t leave. I travelled from Suntec to Pacific Plaza and she told me to wait for another 1 hour. Then without shaping the eyebrows she wanted to start tattooing straight away as it was getting late. Long story short she destroyed my eyebrows and now I might need laser to remove the embroidery

Very good service. Irene and haiwen are very professional. The eyebrow micro blading shape is very natural, painless, and fast. Excellent staff at the service counter. They serve very delicious tea and cookies. Eyelash extensions is amazing. Done really fast as I dont like to waste time at a beauty salon. I like things done fast so I can go about my daily work and business. Very efficient. Nice decorations. Very Roman and very plush. Red velvet curtains makes me feel like I'm in a Victorian theatre. Love it. I enjoy my monthly eyelash touch up there. I do my eyebrow Microblading once a year. Good job!

Walking out of the salon feeling completely satisfied with my pretty Russian Eyelash Extensions on.Well greeted by the staffs over there feeling so welcome. Their interpersonal skills made me feel like I have known them a long time. This Salon not only provides lashes services, but also many other services such as their famous Korean Nano Tech Eyebrow Embroidery, Eyelash Regrowth, Facial, tintint too! Overall, an amazing salon with phenomenally talented professionals.

I go here for lash lifts everytime, because nobody does them like Crystal. She does them perfectly and I'm always chuffed with the result. I've also had some really bad experiences with other places doing lash lifts before. Once I went to 'Yumi lash' and they made me buy a clear aftercare mascara to stop them going messy. They 'strongly recommended'/ warned me I'd need it. That add-on was horribly expensive for what it was. They told me this AFTER the lash lift. Sure enough, within a month I sorely regretted the tangled mess that was left over. At prestige, the lash lift does not get tangled after. They have not once asked to sell me add ons or any packages. No hard selling :) But the result is great too. I don't trust anyone to do my lash lift apart for Prestige. I've even had discount vouchers for other places and yet I still chose Crystal. Would do so every time.

Went to Prestige for eyebrow embroidery after reading so many positive testimonials. I am extremely happy with the service. Peggy is very skilled, professional and friendly. There was no hardselling and the price is affordable. Love it!

Went with my girlfriend. Our brows was done by Peggy and she did a great job for us. Patience, professional and skillful. Didn't push me to go for another session as she said my brows was thick enough. Unlike most salons that try to hardsell and overcharge, Peggy truly wants the best for her customers in terms of price and value. You will not regret coming to this place.

Have been a loyal customer of Prestige for many months now and very satisfied with their services up till my last visit. A festive surcharge for using my package was only made known in person upon arrival. 30% markup is no small amount and it is upsetting that not only is this high surcharge not waived for loyal package holders (like many other beauty salons), but it is not made known to customers beforehand! This really put me in a spot as I had already taken the trouble to travel to the salon. The only recourse that the staff could give me was to give me a reduction of $5 for the surcharge if I bought an extra session of the treatment on top of my current package which honestly speaking, was very disappointing.
