★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finished my body slimming treatment programme with Nuffield Wellness about a month ago and I'm still seeing results right now! I'm not fat but I have stubborn fat in the usual problem areas (belly, love handles, and some back fat) that doesn't go away despite an active lifestyle.
In particular, I did a combination of Cooltech for fat freezing and MiniFX (radiofrequency energy or something to burn the fat). While it wasn't the most comfortable experience, but hey, no pain no gain, right? True enough, I started seeing the stubborn fat areas reduce.
Oh and I should mention that the staff at Nuffield Wellness was very attentive and thoughtful. They always go out of the way to make me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped into the place. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my hair treatment from a live steam. The price was very attractive. I was attended by Calby. The place was posh. The treatment room was self sufficient. Don’t even have to go out to wash my hair! She was extremely attentive and explain everything that she was doing to my hair. She did not hard sell to me when I mentioned my constraints when I did not sign up for the package. Overall good experience.
