★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live there. Everything is perfect. The only defect is that the mixed rice there is expensive. No public toilets except for shops and food centres. The estate is very new and is having a new mall/residence here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like any other HDB block. If the old blocks around it are open concept at the void deck, the newer block will be closed concept with low wall, to force you to the opening to enter. In other words, borrowed from hokien saying, "LPPL" to sum it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corridors quite narrow. Communal spaces small n tight too. Surrounding relatively clean n tidy. MSCP quite dangerous in my opinion due to the criss crossing from 2 main carparks. Need humps to slow cars down for added safety.
