I am very touched with Mr. Mark, Ms. Wendy and the other Nursing and Care Staff for their humility, compassion for my wife's medical and physical challenges, and empathy for me as the main Caregiver. They spent time talking to us about how NTUC Care Center can help alleviate our concerns, so that I can go back to work. Their touch points from the onset has been very positive, and very touched by their genuine care and concern by being flexible. This is the hallmark of NTUC which is "walking the talk". My mom said that every staff at the centre were always prompt and attentive to her and they took great care to make sure that she was safe. The centre was also very prompt in keeping me updated of my mom's development and were observant of her health. It was a staff at the centre who noticed that my mom's toe was swollen and promptly informed me. This allowed me to take prompt action. My mom is now recuperating at home and doing well. Thank you for your timely intervention. Special thanks to the Centre Supervisor, Ms Wendy Wong, who was my main point of contact.
