★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad attitude of Salon manager and staffs refuse to render help to customer who lost/mis place sign up card. Reasons were too busy, cannot allow customer to check up the balance in the record book. Signing up is everything can, lost card ? Sorry lost your balance without re issue another card which could easily retrieve from record book.
