β β β β β This shop is totally not professional. This happen was at Carousell. He supposedly to reversed the phone for me but when i otw by bus he sold the phone to another customer without checking. After sold the phone then he wanted to check isit me who buy the phone just now so i replied nope i still otw near lor ah soon.. Then he told me he thought its me he sold the phone. So i told him back if its me i already show him our chat..then i tell him i almost reached Hougang Interchange what should i do at Hougang? He nvr answer my question but say sorry at time. No solutions given or so even.. Bad attitude.. so i decide to give him 1 star review but he wasnt happy that i give him 1 star review so he also give me 1 star review instead of 5..He at fault but got cheek to give people 1 star review. And still can laugh taking this as a joke..

β β β β β Selling a faulty OEM screen, spotted at home and request a change next day. At first they refuse to perform a replacement, but they replace another problematic screen. I will take it as my lost and will definitely not visit this shop ever

β β β β β Great experience dealing with Shawn. Enquiries were replied to promptly. Perks of buying from a phone shop instead of Carousell, is that they do provide receipts. ATM also just nearby. Easy to withdraw cash. Shop is just a minute walk from Hougang Mall. Great service ! Recommended!
