HSA located just next to the MRT.Is an amazing place to donate blood. The staff is so kind and polite in assisting their clients, It just took me 30min from the start to the end of the process, A Refreshment coupon after donation served me beverages and sandwiches from the coffee shop, which had a good selections. I would like to thank Mr. Lee Pang who injected me and explained me all the process to be followed after donation, also all the things he did while ejecting my blood, i.e. the pain killer, the amout of blood ejected, thanks dude..

Easy, systematic, first good experience with HSA. Highly recommended! Clean and spacious space for each donor and they offer complimentary snack and beverages after blood donation. Nurse and officer very friendly, detail and knowledgeable. Say Yes to blood donation ?

Donated blood here twice and the experience was great! Staff was friendly, especially if you're a first-time donor.

I am a regular donor. Had surgery done last June n confirmed with HSA via phone in Jan 2022 that I could donate again. Donated once in Feb 2022. Made appointment at HSA to go today n rushed down after work. After almost 45 minutes wait, the Dr rejected me saying I had blood transfusion last June. I brought the issue to the staffs but they had to listen to her. What an authoritative Dr. I tried to talk to the "sister". She was too busy. Should I go back?? I thought blood Bank encourage people to donate blood. Obviously not.

Easily accessible place. Very attentive staff at all stations who clearly explained each step patiently and was reassuring throughout the blood donation process. You are in good hands. Excellent work Bloodbank@HSA, will return for a second donation.

Do you know that each packet of blood can save up to 3 persons? That in my personal opinion, is the best gift to others. Whole blood donation can be done in intervals of 3 months, up to 4 times a year. That means positively impacting 12 persons a year. This is immense goodness. Encouraging all eligible donor to come forward to support our blood Bank, support our fellow Singapore residents. Together we can make Singapore a better place, our gift of our precious blood to give health to others. ❤️ An inclusive society that embraces diversity is what Singapore stands for. Great experience for first timer like me, very accessible n easy to locate as it's just stone throw from the outram mrt. Staff super friendly n caring, best of all don't really feel any pain while the needle was being poke into my vein. Will go back again for next round ?

2nd times blood donation here, today's experience was quite good. ? (March 2022) Although it was really painful once the nurse insert the needle into my blood vessel, but she was really polite. Needs to be strengthened for her skill of insert needle, keep it up ?
