I was waiting for my turn to register. One after another people who came after me got registered. I queried the staff at the counter. They cannot find my registration form. After 5-10 mins, they managed to find my form in the rejected file outside. Did not apologize. Totally mishandled my registration form and mixed up with a man who got rejected. This is the 2nd time they messed it up for me at registration. At my last donation, after I was registered. I was left waiting for the haematocrit check. One person after another went ahead of me. Same issue. My form was misplaced. I have enough of this administrative sloppiness. Trying to do a good deed but then I decided not donate blood this time. A wasted trip.

Made an online appointment before I headed down on a weekday afternoon for the first time. Location is pretty convenient - right across Causeway Point (Woodlands MRT Station). There is also underground linkway between the buildings. At WCC, there isn't escalators to get to level 5 and the lifts can be in high demand at times. Upon arriving at the bloodbank, it was a very smooth and swift experience and I barely had to wait. Very approachable and helpful staff albeit doctor seemed a little cold (but still pleasant). Premise is very clean and neat, with a simple yet functional layout flow. Pretty nice window view from the donation chair too! Refreshments are provided to ensure donors get energy/fluid replenished thereafter.

Second in the queue when they opened. Submitted form, sat down. Called me first time to verify my name. Yes, it’s written on the form. Called me second time to verify IC. Showed them SingPass IC. Their reply: “This one ah, ok” Proceed to take blood test. Lady didn’t look happy that day. After pricking, the plaster didn’t cover the wound. It’s okay. I re-plaster myself. Sat there waiting. More people came in. All proceeded to give blood. I’m still here. Doctor came out for break and said, “Eh~ one more here?” Front desk people were too busy chatting. Doctor had to give an excuse for the system their using and the administrative staff’s incompetence. I commented it’s deliberate. She said “No lah, system sometimes is like that.” My interpretation of deliberate is deliberately doing poorly at their work. Nobody apologized, just acted like it’s normal. I only continued to give blood for the sake of helping people. Once done, I walked out immediately. Never coming back to this place. Been donating for a decade here. Lousy attitude staffs.

All staffs are nice and friendly, explain very well as I'm first time donate blood. Pro staff makes like no feeling when jab in and out.

Friendly and pleasant team. It's located on level 5, need to take lift. Lift level needs to be selected before entering lift. If you can make the time, walk in to donate blood.
