Michael was very friendly & professional with what he do the massage were relaxing ,nice way to relax my body after hectic busy work life..I will sure come again ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in with stiff shoulder, paid for 30min neck and shoulder massage.
TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
Not only masseuse had no idea how to work with basic shoulder muscles, she assumed swirling her thumbs into my shoulder blades is gonna make magic. Felt as if she walked in from the street and told to do a massage. Oh, plus didn't speak a word in English, so even a simple request "softer please" didn't improve situation a bit. Barely could wait for 30 min torture to be over. If stiff shoulder was something too difficult to deal with, I expected to leave at least relaxed and refreshed a bit. Nope, left irritated, disappointed and with same stiff shoulder )))
Usually I'm quite relaxed customer, but this time I purposely typing this message before I left, otherwise will just let it pass as it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an hour of foot reflexology done at Blossom Wellness Spa at Purvis St last Tuesday morning.
Michael , the masseur did a very good job. He had great massage techniques .
The place is clean and spacious and the staff are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid for 1h foot reflexology. They put our feet on water for 10 min. Then I had to tell the lady that it was painful on a specific spot 3 times and she kept coming back to the same spot. Finally they finished the massage 10 min before time was completed. I complained to the receptionist and they came back saying they didn’t saw the clock… they offer us to sit again for the 10 min but we left, I was already in a bad mood and just wanted to leave. Not coming back.
