Back after a year hiatus being away from Singapore and they are still as friendly and professional. Had my first facial with Cindy and she was all gentle with extraction even I don’t like extraction. I've been a regular customer at this branch of spa espirit since their qi mantra days and I really appreciate the atmosphere and their excellent service. Phoebe and her team are very friendly and accommodating with appointments and requests! I really enjoyed my massage and facial yesterday with Apple and Cindy. Apple is my regular massage therapist and I highly recommended her! She pays attention to problem areas and all my sore spots were ironed out after the session. My treatment yesterday was the cheeky chai detox and I felt so refreshed after that I had the best night of sleep in a while! I also really appreciate that she only recommends services and products suited for my needs. I've also been going to Cindy for facials and she is gentle with extractions and really great with recommendations for services and products suited for my skin! I rarely have had any breakouts even with daily surgical mask wearing during this period of time.

I am a long time customer of Spa Esprit (formerly QiMantra). My regular massage therapist, Apple knows where all my tight spots and how to fix them. Facial from beauty therapists (Sharon, Hui Hui) are also excellent and relaxing. Kudos too for Phoebe and her front desk team for their diligence on following up on all my request and bookings.
