Went in for a TCM Body Massage, but the masseuse kept insisting I top up $88 to "make all of my pain go away". I repeatedly told her no, and that I was there to just see how their regular TCM massage is like. She proceeded to say ok, $68 ok? I got fed up so I just ignored her, but then it got to the point where it was becoming awkward and I just wanted to walk out of there. When I asked for her to apply more pressure, she told me that she had 30 years of experience and that she didn't need "power", just experience is good?????? Awful experience. Do NOT recommend. Waste of time and money coming here ☹️

I would not recommend this spacio facial n massage as they are out to cheat old people and only interested in hard selling package and don't honour what they had promise. At your own risk!!!

I booked on Class Pass for a massage treatment 3 days in advance. When I arrived, they said they were fully booked and declined my booking and told me to contact Class Pass on my own. I honestly feel they should’ve contacted me cause Class Pass contacted me right away and booked me another massage at another shop. The counter girl was so rude and definitely not going back there.

Good service and quality. I went to the Bugis outlet for a try-out session. The therapist, Tina was very experienced and good with her massage. She helped me to massage my lymphatic nodes to ease my aches in my shoulders, I felt so relieved after the session.

I have been doing massages at Spacio and my first therapist Joanne and current therapist Carrian were very good and on point. Carrian is much stronger in strength but you can always tell her if it’s too much. The customer service her is good and not pushy too which I appreciate a lot.

The only thing they are good at is making you sit in a room after the facial session and force you to buy more sessions. If you reject, they will continue to push. Today (15/7/22) I wanted to have a facial at the Bugis outlet. I walked in to check if 11:30am was available, I was told there was but I had to wait for them to book. They were attending to another customer, so I asked if I could come back at 11:30, confirming with the front desk lady that the slot would be available for me. She said yes and then I left. Overall, she was helpful and polite. (LADY 1) I came back at 11:25, another lady at the front desk in her 50s (LADY 2) who probably didn’t win the TOTO draw had the most nonchalant attitude. I asked about my 11:30 slot, she just said “没有。没有人做了。谁跟你讲有book?” the other lady (LADY 1) who served me earlier then came back and then this LADY 2 again went, “ 她讲你book她” This 她讲她讲 is very rude FYI and a turn-off. Like I’m the one who got it all wrong? You all need more training in customer service? I can train you all. Obviously there’s something wrong with this place because I saw there’s a notice “we offer 5 days cooling period for new signups”. Confirm kena complaints a lot about their pushy tactics. The boss of this place, in case you care and want to get to the bottom of this,LADY 1 seems to be from China (she was polite but should’ve been more efficient in the first place) LADY 2 seems to be local. Both were not wearing uniforms so I assume they’re the ones who will sit down with you at the end of the session to force you take out your credit card one lol. Really dreading to clear my remaining sessions. ?

Beauty consultant, Jessie Fong did my eyebrows embroidery. It was done very well. Very satisfied with her service.

Fantastic service by the beautician Helen & in charge Jessie Fong, both are so pleasant, professional and sincere. No hard selling. Absolutely enjoyed Helen skillful facial. Will definitely recommend friends here.
