A delightful Chinese tzi char at Sentosa cove, price is slightly premium but worth it. Female crabs were the smaller option (min 1kg) but it came with the crab roe, vegetables are slightly salty, dessert is fantastic! Will return to test other dishes. Please reserve a table as the tables are fully filled by 6.30pm on a weekend.

Ordinary Chinese place that serves acceptable food but has great service and ambience. We had a spread here, from their Assam fish head curry to the crab fried rice, crispy egg noodles and mapo tofu with kurobuta minced pork. The wok fried French beans in XO sauce was great. Biggest disappointment for me was their crab fried rice, which tasted too bland and dry. They really try their best here with the service despite being short handed so kudos for that.

My 3rd visit. Food standard and quality still as amazing. Never failed to wow me and my family whenever we order a new dish to try. The service crew are attentive too.

Was there with my colleagues for a dinner gathering. Honestly I had a really good dinner with really helpful and friendly service. We have so much food for the day. My favourites: Chilli Crabs, honey glazed pork ribs sizzling garlic butter king prawns. The Chilli Crabs is the chilli savoury thick sauce, not the sweet base. But the hint of pomelo just added a level of fragrance and the chilli is well hot. A good variance from the traditional Chilli Crabs. Honey glazed pork ribs is just so well done that it is not overpowering with sweetness but the meat was just flavoured for you to taste the sweetness of the meat. The meat will also just melt in your mouth. Garlic butter prawns was just as good. Fresh, garlic butter aroma will just keep your chopsticks going for more. Will go back again.

First time experience and the food quality is really good. 5 stars for the food but 4 stars for the service. The food: like what was highlighted, the pomelo chilli crab is very tasty and the crab is very fresh. The accompanying man tou are soft and easy to eat. The fried garlic squid is one of the best in SG, similar to actual HK ones! French beans with the minced pork also extremely good. The mapo toufu is very spicy but shiok! The snow pear with white fungus is absolutely cooling and well made. Overall top notch food quality. As for service, generally decent though they could be a touch indifferent to requests but still prompt.

Managed to make a last minute reservation and the experience was good! Came here on a Saturday night and was able to make a last minute prior. We got the table near the stairs which is where the service staff brings the food from the kitchen upstairs. Seat did not offer the most view but it was the most cooling as the restaurant doesn’t have air conditioning and faces thr setting sun. I must say I was delighted with the service. I loved the chrysanthemum tea and The service staff was attentive and gave me a whole bucket of ice when I requested for it with my tea. Food wise, the must order is the chilli crab with pomelo. It is a different take on a local dish and I was blown away with the morsels of pomelo which gave the dish a depth to its flavor. But mind you, this is a spicy dish. So be warned. I ordered the mapo Toufu too which I thought was really well done and the portion was big for the price point. Do take note that this is a spicy dish. Next up was the French beans (四季豆). The French beans was fresh and the mince meat was in every bite I took. The chef definitely knew customers like to have value in their meal and this was a very worth it dish. Some customers have reviewed that some items were too spicy. I do think that dishes like the French beans, mapo Toufu n chilli crab are meant to be spicy and I think the restaurant chef does a good job in the spice level. I would definitely revisit again and I do hope the restaurant keeps up the good service and the quality of the food. Thank you

Bonus points - #petfriendly Food is nice & the signature chilli crab with pomelo is a must order. Somehow the menu has influences of china food or perhaps it's what we ordered ? Love the pork ribs with spices & definitely "la zi ji" Service was a bit erratic which is totally understandable from the current manpower situation for FNB now & with the reopening & easing of restrictions which is pretty much back to pre covid days

This is a nice place with an interesting mix of food on the menu and good service. I like the location and laidback atmosphere. All the dishes we’ve had there have been good. Their ribs are particularly popular and the sweet & sour is nice, too. They also have satay, which feels a little out of place on the menu but is nonetheless tasty. Worth a visit if you’re looking to have a meal around Sentosa Cove.
