★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious and generous with the portions! All that thickly sliced and braised mushroom with the meatballs, pork liver, and noodles for just $3.20. The soup is also not of the tastes-like-water variety. Quite rare these days. It’ll be perfect if the noodles were a tad less soggy though. The uncle cooks everything pretty quickly and methodically - a pleasure to observe ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent noodle quality. Tried no. 2 dry fishball noodles. Included soup with salty vegetables which was very salty, making the noodles tasteless. Chilli was too sweet, but those who like the nasi lemak type of chilli will like this. Service was faster than other stall. We ate both bowls side by side and both were quite good..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just discovered a gem! The $5 signature noodle is topped generously with 3 different types of fish and meat balls, alot of mushrooms and minced meat etc… the seasoning is slightly sweet than vinegary which works great for my palette! Will be back for this again!

Accessibility:
• Located just opposite 100AM, 5 mins walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT
Food:
• Very generous portion for $5!! There were so much ingredients in a bowl and by the time i finished my noodles, i had lots of meat left ?
• The braised mushroom was really good
• Overall taste wise is good! I would defo visit again?
Other:
• Queue can be quite long during peak hour. There is only 1 person cooking during my time of visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bak Chor Mee (no.6) $3.20 portion. Delicious bowl of well seasoned noodles and braised mushrooms. For a small bowl, it had a generous amount of noodles and ingredients.
The uncle seems to prepare each bowl with care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We seated very near to the stall and saw very long queue during weekday lunch crowd and thought food should be quite good. We were lucky to order when there is a brief moment with no queue. It was a brief moment only and the queue starts to grow again.
Ordered the signature dry noodle with mee kia. Pretty tasty and ingredients are generous. Fishball is bouncy and smooth kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This BCM from Blue Star Fishball Mushroom Minced Meat Noodle is legit underrated! Upsized their dry ????????? ?????? for an additional $1 & it came with a large serving of ingredients (fishballs, meatballs, minced meat, fish dumplings and braised mushrooms) atop a mountain of noodles! For $6, this was an absolute bargain given the generous portions. ?
Noodles were cooked al dente and laced with a well-balanced mixture of vinegar and chilli. Love that the fishballs were springy and fresh without a fishy taste, but BB's favourite was the pork liver! Some places tend to overcook the liver or has that pungent irony flavour, but the pork liver here was poached to the right consistency. 10/10 would eat again, especially since they are one of the stalls that remain open late at night. ??
