★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big shoutout to Sloth Weight Loss by Blueprint Awesome.
Lock has constantly been one of my favourite Body Combat coaches and I religiously followed his classes pre-pandemic. Subsequently, I had to undergo shoulder surgery and was hesitant to resume exercising and I turned to Lock who helped me overcome my current constraints by tailoring the class to meet my needs. He was encouraging, patient and constantly checked in to see how I was coping.
I started his evening fat-loss programme to get in shape for my wedding and was pleasantly surprised that they are only 30min long and nothing overly strenuous. The classes are effective and a great way to destress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried out the Sloth Weight Loss programme by Blueprint Awesome. It was fun yet effective. I have managed to lose 5kg in 1 month. Best of all, I did not alter much of my diet, still consuming the food that I love in moderation.
