★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was a complete waste of time. The terms of the website clearly states that a International Drivers Permit is not necessarily required if the Driver’s Licence is in English. I hold Aussie driver’s licence and was even on the phone with an officer and she informed me that the request for an IDP is a preference and not a requirement. However, I have been getting emails after emails to submit my IDP even though I had quoted BlueSG’s terms directly back at them. Very frustrating and a complete waste of my time when I know staff are not following the rules as they should.
