We rented a boat through them:
1. They forgot to bring the floating items onboard while we had paid for them. They refused to have someone bring them when we noticed it.
2. There were several pieces of broken glass onboard. My friend stepped on it and was bleeding severely, they only had a small plaster which was not even waterproof. This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely dangerous for guests (we had kids onboard!!!).
3. The boat had literally nothing for drinking nor eating... no glassware no cutlery no plates. Not even toilet paper.
When I asked for a compensation for all the issues and for hurting my guest they refused, arguing they don’t make any money on a $600 boat trip for 4h that only sails for 30min...
NEVER SGAIN!!! There are many other companies to rent for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really great charter experience with BOB Marine! The Captain took care of the boat cruising, one of the crew was preparing the BBQ food for us and the other crew was getting ready our kayak. We were pretty much taken care of very well and enjoyed ourselves on board!:)
