They give great advice in helping choose corporate gifts and their response is always prompt. My favorites are their unique colored art pieces which make very impressionable gifts for my business associates. Just recently, I purchased one as a gift for a special business associate who are celebrating their 16th anniversary and, without a doubt, they loved it. I would highly recommend Crystallin!

Y	Ying Ying Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Use them at your own risk) Supplier was nice enough to accommodate to a rushed order needed in 3 weeks but 50% of trophies arrived with visible scratches, cracks and some printing were off (photos show it all). Instead of helping to troubleshoot quickly, supplier blamed us that it was because of our last minute requests and insisted that cracks were not caused by them nor logistics partner. After much persuasion they helped rush out another order for us which we appreciate greatly but second batch came with wrong colour printing. We couldn't use it for our event and had to give out first batch of scratched trophies to award recipients. Yet we were still asked to pay for the replacement which were not even caused by us. Really poor service from them. Please only work with them if you have a longer lead time as their QC is really poor for rushed goods.

The turnover was very fast. ordered within a week and they managed to deliver it on time and quickly. The quality of the trophies were good, i ordered the acrylic trophies as it is cheaper than crystals but you can hardly tell the difference as the acrylic trophies is very clear! would definitely work with them again! shout out to Cher Wee for all the help!
