Bober Tea @ Boon Keng - 27 Bendemeer Rd

Bober makes good bubble teas and chewy pearls but what irks me is their cashiers ‘take it or leave it’ attitude, and while most companies are taking a greener approach to packaging, Bober makes their straws extra long for no good reason(takes longer for the drink to reach the mouth,no?), 2 straws could have made 3 straws. and also recently they introduced a plastic cap over the drink which serves no purpose, now u have to poke through the cover to poke through the drink. The drink was fine without the cap like it was served before. They could have save the money and give it to their employees, maybe that would make them happier to serve.

Unfriendly and rude staff. Drinks and plastic bag were even leaking and I had throw the whole drink away. Unaccepted.

Their Roasted Oolong Milk Tea and Black Sugar Konjac Jelly Milk Tea are a must try! New favourite milk tea brand!! It’s so good. Service is good as well. I made a mistake in my own order but the staff gladly rectified it for me. Many thanks!!!

On 26 June about 4.50pm, my wife and I went to this outlet to have our drinks. When is my wife turn, she told this young chinese lady staff the drinks she wanted to order. Before she can finish her order, the staff straight away cut off and said “Hi next”. My wife and I were shocked by her reply, so we decided to let the person behind us to order first. After he had done, we step in to tell her our order. She asked us how many drinks we want, however before we can tell her the total drinks we want to order, she cut off again ask the next person to come take order by saying “Hi next”. I was like huh, we are ordering now right? So, my wife told her total of 5 drinks and after that, her reply is total is 215, which is the total amount of 5 drinks are $21.50. We were so unhappy and disappointed with the attitude that the staff had given us, and definitely will not visit them again.

28/4 around 6.30 pm I go counter got one yellow hair lady not even she take my order first I thought she doing order then I saw playing game I still stand there ...after awhile then she take order I ask brown sugar milk tea with extra brown sugar then she said cannot extra sugar... She very rude talk with me....I pay money for the goods ...if give free also don't shoe rude attitude...pls teach her hw to serve costumer or go home play game...really disappointed with that lady I cancel my order....even bobor tastee are tasty bcs tis type rude staff my choice change to go another shop

Drinks were ordered at 1624 and pick up was arranged for 1634. Drinks only arrived at 1830. Most probably your company couldn't get a courier through Grabfood as Lalamove delivered my Drinks. Drinks and delivery were already paid for but your company charged Lalamove $10.70 which I had to pay cash upon delivery. This is unethical and unacceptable for your customers to pay extra when we have paid for delivery. Please review your system!

Rude and unfriendly staff seemed so unbothered to take my order, I ordered nutella shake but instead they got my order wrong and was given milk tea. Ended up I couldn’t change my order and if I do, I won’t be reimbursed. Do not recommend store at all, please do yourself a favour and walk down a few steps to buy from Liho instead to avoid awful and rude service.

i ordered fragrance taro latte & it taste different from other branches. i can't even taste the taro and its too milky. i think staff should be retest on the SOP of the drinks... so disappointed...
