Poor Service. Don’t buy here, Space or Xtra have better service. I wish I had read the review here before I place my order. I have same experience as many here. Placed an order in Nov last year, and was told to expect delivery in March/April. Now in May I still don’t know when I will receive my table. What’s more infuriating than the long wait is the service, or lack of. During the long wait, I had to go to store twice to get some answer. The answer is always we will check in with you when your order is filled/arrived/ready for delivery, but never follow up, not a call. I recently bought a Italian customized light fixture from website Artemest. It’s agent email me to confirm customization after placing order, the app kept me update about production status, once the fixture left factory delivery app kept status update down to the day it showed up on my door step. How does a brick and mortar store with real people but do worse service than an app. There is always an apologetic reply from Bonnie the marketing director after each complaint. Please don’t reply unless you are sincere about making improvements.

BO got my sofa’s arm rest wrong and it took them almost half a year to get it rectified. There were 2 delays in the delivery of the arm rest but not once did the sales person inform me about it. I had to call him only to be told the delivery date has been postponed. Imagine having to find out about the delay one day before delivery and only because I called to ask! Happened thrice!! And when the arm rest finally arrived, it was the wrong one again. Not once did the sales call me to settle it. In fact he did not contact me to explain or solve the problem. This time I liaise with a lady from customer service, Amelia Neo. She is amazing! She made sure that the factory sent the correct arm rest and proactively update me on the delivery date and even go the extra mile of arranging for an earlier delivery date. I also received an update of the rectified sofa after everything has been done because I was not home. Bad experience with BO but kudos to Amelia Neo for being such a dedicated customer service.

Would like to express my thanks to Wanting and her team for helping out with my fabric choices for my furnitures. Being a first timer, I was spoilt for choices and Wanting was extremely patient in offering her views on the different materials. The only downside is that expect about 3-4 months delivery time from the point of purchase, and the ongoing Covid situation did not help. That said I am very satisfied with my purchases. Many thanks again to the team at BoConcept.

[POSTED 13 MAY 2021] Just to share my experience with the quality of the Product, and experience with the post-sale service. I purchased the Sofa set in 2014, in less than a year the leather started to peel off. I contacted BoConcept back then, and they advised to apply leathercare on the Sofa, etc. Not much use, and by the 3 year the Sofa set is peeling off quite badly. By 2019, the peel is bad - See Pictures November 2019, I contacted BoConCept again on my issue, and they offered me a 50% off for a new sofa set, or if I wanted to get the Sofa cushions to replace the badly peeling ones. Took me a while to decide, and the pandemic hit. January 2021, I placed an order at the Paragon store, and was told the Sofa will arrive somewhere in early April. I followed up with the Store Manager on 26 April, back and forth, and finally the sofa cushions was delivered on 7 May 2021. Here it goes, and this is what is really annoying: - Super High price for the Soft/furniture, but the quality is bad. Full leather Sofa peeling so badly after couple of years. I think your customers would expect better longevity from these high-end products considering the price you are charging - Long waiting time, with no follow-up. - Service: When the replacement sofa cushions arrived, I was told by the Store Manager Fresa to collect the Sofa myself , or I have to pay for Delivery. I am sure everyone of us would expect delivery for large bulky items. Come on, if you purchase some stuff from Tangs, Takashimaya, they deliver don't they ? Fresa then told me that Delivery is free of charge only for items above $2.5k. This was not told to me at the point of purchase. If you need to charge for delivery, please tell your customers upfront - BE TRANSPARENT Finally, the Store Manager agreed to waive the delivery charges after much haggling. The Uncle from Lalamove delivered my sofa cushions. It came in a Huge box as tall as a grown-up man. Inside the Carton box, there were 6 pieces of the Sofa cushions. Fresa, you told me I could pick these up from your store - Seriously ?! To that end, for the price that Customers are paying, I think its right to expect quality product and service. There are so many furniture stores out there, and surely I will not be coming back to this one. Thanks. [POSTED 7 MAY 2021] Order replacements for my sofa set in early January 2021 and was told the delivery will be early to middle of April. I followed up on 26 April and was told the sofa will arrive first week May. Since then I’ve been followed up with Fresa on the delivery, and she’s now told me that they need to charge me delivery fees. What is this ?!!? As a paying customer, I would have expected the goods to be delivered. As it is, if you purchase bulky items from any department stores, they would deliver the goods to your house. Furthermore, no one told me there were extra delivery charges at the point of purchase. At least it would have been transparent. Since then I’ve sent 3 emails - no response. I’ve called 3 times to the main line - no response. I’ve used Facebook messenger’s customer support channel - no response. Could the Owner or someone with the appropriate authority at least have the courtesy to please give me a call back ? My order number is os-049204. You can find my contact number in your system. The product and service of boconcept are exceptional. Bought dining chairs, armchairs, foot stool, and study desk. Have to compliment the design and quality of boconcept’s products, quality workmanship! Also like to compliment Jia Xuan who have been helping us with our purchases from choosing fabric to arranging delivery and keeping us updated! Thanks boconcept for the beautiful products and excellent customer service! Cant wait for our next purchase!

Not very customer friendly. Bought a dining table and coffee table. Dining table arrived on time, but had to wait additional 2 months for coffee table. Was only told of delay when I called to enquire after delay. Anyway, coffee table was too big and called to see if I could exchange for the smaller one - told them I was willing to buy additional item and I was not asking for refund as the sideboard I was thinking of buying was costing 4x that of the coffee table. I was flat out was refused by customer service. Did not even respond after told them of my disappointment. Last time I am ever buying anything from this shop. EVER AGAIN> And reading the reviews, I gather I am not the only one. Totally unprofessional and customer UNfriendly.

Super customer service on top of the stylish furniture sold here. The team here is willing to go an extra mile to make sure the items bought fit (physically) in your home and matches your decor. I had some issues with the items I bought and they were willing to make a concession, allowing me to change for other items. Thank you so much!!
