They ensured that the customisation was done in the exact way wanted and checked in with me along the process.

β β β β β Placed an order for pickup at Suntec and wanted to collect it the next day, however that outlet did not have the product I was looking for and thus couldn't do so. Contacted the store via whatsapp and provided me with a special arrangement to pick up at Clark Quay outlet instead on the same day. Incredible customer service and very accommodating.

β β β β β It was a great experience for me as a first time customer to the store @ Clarke Quay (Central) . Pat helped me to make a decision as to which bath bombs gives off a relaxing smell as well as which tea leaves I should purchase as a gift for a friend. I will definitely shop here again ?

Natalie from Spectrum was an absolute gem and made the process of having it shipped to Australia for me really easy. β β β β β These are great comfortable slip on, it survived a 125 km cycling trip round the island. Expect it to give way given thin very well ventilated material and also given the distance and duration used. It didnβt. It keeps me very comfortable and an optimal feel of the paddle when worn with a pair of socks. Looking for a second now pair in caseβ¦
