★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a place where you spend a whole lot of money and then such unbelievably poor after sales service.
Firstly it’s so difficult to get a delivery slot. Then when you get one from 4-5pm they call at 6.30 to ask if they can come.
Really, when you’re spending alot on furniture you would at least expect something better than a $70 Gogovan delivery service. Actually Gogovan has much better service for $70.
So just a warning to those thinking of buying here to prepare for the frustration and disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Radio silence after collecting the cheque for full payment. Zero follow-up after delivery is delayed. I had to bang on the door but even with that, no apology nor reassurance.
Delivery due end-Feb but till now could not give me an updated ETA. What is this about leaving the customer in the ditch and causing such duress?
Utterly disappointed with the customer service.
