Service was fast. Had enquired on copper pipes via Carousel. Online orders and delivery services are available at $15 fee. I was quoted for $32.10 (GST inclusive) for a 1 metre long, 15mm diameter copper pipe. Had travelled from Toa Payoh to Pioneer Road via motorbike to save the delivery cost. Had gone back to the Carousel listing to leave good comments, but noticed $30 was listed for standard 5.8 metres length, 15mm diameter. There were also prices listed on Carousel for $3/ft for 15mm diameter copper pipes. So 1 metre length should be about $10.60 GST inclusive. Staff did not notify me of this price. I also made the mistake of not carefully reading the Carousel price listing. Had checked with the staff later on to have the remaining 4.8 metres be delivered to my address and I will gladly pay the delivery fee of $15 since my motorcycle can't carry the standard 5.8 metres or the remaining 4.8 metres. Staff called me to explain that there is no such service. If I wanted to, I would have to make another order for 5.8 metres to be delivered and pay another $32.10 +$15 delivery fee. I understand that small orders make it difficult for store fronts to profit. However it would have been good if the staff was honest and helpful to point out the price as listed for careless individuals like myself. I highly recommend to order and have it delivered to avoid additional costs. If I had ordered for it to be delivered, it would have cost me $32.10 + $15 delivery, total of $47.10 and I would have 5.8 metres of copper pipe. Instead, I now have 1 metre coper pipe and feelings of disappointment. Note: For any future customers, please take caution and read very carefully the listings online. Get the correct quotation before making any purchase as there will be no returns or refunds. For those that are not familiar with prices of certain things, make sure you check thoroughly and avoid making mistakes like these.

I love this hardware shop they have all things here and online shop available with free delivery. Great service.
