Fortunate to have come across Bonsai Gallery, and also met Jack who is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about Bonsai. The place has a wide selection of Bonsai to choose from, and it is evident that the place is very well taken care of. Jack is also always very enthusiastic in sharing his knowledge on Bonsai, and especially patient with beginners (like myself), explaining in detail how to take care of your Bonsai so that you are able to enjoy the joy of owning one yourself. If not for Jack's professionalism and friendliness, I would not have ever thought of actually getting into this hobby, and even bringing one home on my first visit! More importantly, the after sales service is excellent and is truly what most beginners would need. You can always bring your Bonsai back to Jack if your Bonsai is sick, or if you need someone to take care of it while you are travelling. I have personally had to trouble Jack on several occasions, and each visit I gained new knowledge about Bonsai! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Bought a Hinoki and Shimpaku bonsai from here and been very happy with the service and advice from the owner Jack. When a fungus developed he treated it for free. Highly recommended.

Owner was very knowledgeable and passionate about bonsai. Not hesitant to share tips and advices on caring for bonsai especially in this hot and arid Singapore weather. You can rest assured that the bonsai(most of them) you purchase here are authentic and come straight from the nurseries in japan. Place was filled with many beautiful bonsai and its definitely worth a trip here just to take a look at the plants. Brought back home with me a 10 year old Hinoki cypress as well as a bag of akadama soil mix.

Jack of Bonsai Gallery is truly a passionate individual. His collection of Bonsai is amazing, and even if you are not considering getting one, highly recommend that you visit! It is therapeutic, but you have to experience it yourself! I have gotten two Bonsai from him, and his after sales service is indeed the best! If you have any worries, just bring it back and he will do the rest!
