★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good, pork is great and so is the chicken. The iced tea is fantastic. The place is a bit rundown, but hey its expected if you come to this location often. You can do other kids activities here. Wish they do something about the sink at the men's toilet though, its been black with algae for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patronised this place with a friend, ordered the set for 2 pax. The food was great, meats were well marinated, packed with flavours. Prawns were relatively small though. 65 for this and a jug of beer, a little towards the pricey side, considering the portion is relatively small. One thing about dining there is that you get a free listen of the live band from the restaurant next door. Will actually come back for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly good. The meat marinade was a bit too sweet and the slices of pork too thick. But generally tasty. The chilli sauces were fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving 2 stars solely for the scenery outdoor. Food was mediocre and overpriced, service staff were rude to us and definitely not attentive. We had to go up to them several time. The beef served was not fresh, almost couldn’t tell if it was beef or pork by the colour of it. Some of the meat cut was too big.. more like kbbq style. Requested for scissors and was rudely given a dirty used one which I had to wash it myself.
Will never come back here, don’t go if you don’t want to be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is Slight Pricier Than Other Mookata Brand Ive Visited. I Love How The Meat Was Marinated And V Flavourful Although Abit Salty. This Time Round I Felt Staff Service Much Better Than Previous Time. Will Stil Revisit For Sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsure why the reviews are low.. my friends and I thought the Mookata was great! Rare charcoal barbecue, great tasting soup.. and the ambience was nice too. Staff were friendly and helpful as well..
