★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A amazing bowl of traditional prawn noodle!!! One of the best in Singapore!!! The competitive advantage is the prawn broth soup base where sweetness of the prawn would overwhelm your taste buds in every sip ????❤️❤️ The mee hoon mee mixed with the half sliced prawns, topped with their chilli/ketchup sauce is just so amazingly well balanced ?????? Perfectoooo!!!
Update: they are back! Towards another corner (bak ku teh) side. The legend is back! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is truly a hidden gem. The stall selling prawn noodle is located inside the cafeteria of PSA Tanjong Pagar Complex. They are located not at the side facing the main road. I Managed to reached there slightly before lunch and there was already a queue formed. Prawn noodle starts from SGD$4 onwards. I had their soup version, which comes with generous amount of ingredient like sliced pork and prawns. They do also serve the dry version. Prawns were fresh, not the mushy type.
Uncle very friendly, will ask you if you want to add beansprout etc. The prawn noodle broth was very rich and it’s on the sweeter side. Definitely one of the better prawn noodle I have tried so far.
Dining environment not very clean, a lot of house flies and seats were quite limited. They are only open on the weekday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprised he is still surviving as the shops there have been closing due to redevelopment and offices have been closing all over. But he has relocate to the back end newt the Thai Food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only gave this stall 4 stars as the soup makes up for what's lacking....
The soup is very flavorful and has the right umami level that makes you want more! Rather peppery towards to end.
The pork rib was rather tough, probably need to simmer longer.
The prawns were ok, 2 whole pcs and deshelled.
The noodles was pretty bad plus the concoction used for the dry version was too much ketchup...
Maybe cos Thai lady cooking and boss not there.
Will try one more time another day before I make a final verdict about this stall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rare prawn mee that includes pig liver and intestine. A generous amount of ingredients for only $6. Both dry and soup were good, but I prefer the latter because of the pork lard. The soup was robust and had a strong prawn sweetness. Sellers were friendly. Accept only cash though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7 Mar: The dry style comes with a ketchup-like sauce.
The pork ribs were tender and easily off the bone whilst the prawns were of medium size and uber-fresh.
The soup was robust and peppery.
Good value and the boss is friendly.

29 Mar: A generous serving of hokkien mee. Good amount of sliced squid and 2 medium sized prawns with thin slices of pork belly. The stock is obviously very good since they sell prawn noodle soup as well. Lard is provided upon request. The sambal is on the sweetish side.
They are one of the few that still uses chives for frying.
Unfortunately the "kee" aka alkaline taste is very evident which is a put-off.
4*
