Dr Lee is a good doctor, and the male relief doctor is rude and got manners at all. Haven't finish asking him question, he ask me to wait outside for medication. Really disappointed and spoil the name of Boon lay clinic.

Dr Ng Chin Ang is very nice and professional! Had my wisdom tooth extracted in less than 15 mins! Was a great painless extraction! Thank you Dr Ng! :)

Went for wisdom tooth extraction. Dr Adrian Goh was very professional and skilled, the whole process only took around 15mins. He was always keeping me informed on what’s happening at the moment and and what’s coming next. Tirelessly asking me if everything’s ok. I’m now recovering with no major pain or swelling.

Don't understand why some can post the wrong shop wrongly. This is a dental clinic yet post another clinic. No doubt both clinics are at the same location but is totally different. I was here here twice for dental treatment and their service is good. Like to comment the front desk assistant, she is very friendly and explained to me of what i am enquired of. Dentists here are also good, patient and provided good service. Definitely recommend to all.

Best service i ever had. Every staff are so professional and polite. Dr Goh is the best dentist i ever had, had 5 tooth extracted painless and best is u didn’t even know its out. Highly recommended for people who fears tooth extraction pain. Thumbsup for T32 for having such a wonderful team ?

TERRIBLE SERVICE, WILL GIVE 0 STAR IF I COULD. Booked an appointment for tooth extraction at 11am, arrived at 1050 and did the registration. Waited till 1200 still no service. Asked the nurse what's the hold up and she said doctor is attending to another patient and will attend to me soon. 1240 still no service, went to ask the receptionist and she literally went "oops your doctor is doing surgery on anther patient and can't stop now, but will be ready soon". Waited till 1300 still no service, hungry for lunch already. Asked to cancel the appointment and the receptionist finally asked to change doctors for me. But nah, I am done with this sad excuse for a dental center. Their appointment system is pointless. Firstly, they knew they will delay my service but did not take the initiative to inform me. Secondly, they did not offer to change doctors until they were sure they were about to lose a customer. Thirdly, they know that I can't eat immediately after the surgery and still made me wait till close to 1pm and expect me to tolerate the hunger. Remember, I waited from 1050 to 1300, and could not dine out due to covid restrictions.

I went to adjust my new denture and the dentist doesn't seem happy. Giving me all sorts of excuses and challenge me to go to another dental to make my denture. She even suggested that she refund me the money because my standard is too high. I told her I have no intention to get a refund but just to get my denture adjustment.

Did 3 fillings here. Con: Started to get a toothache in one of the fillings soon after the treatment. Called them a week later as pain persisted but it took them another 4 days for the dentist to see me (while I visited a GP to get painkillers), but they could not conclusively diagnose the issue. Toothache got extremely bad over the following week and I called again to for an emergency consultation (while I visited another GP to get more painkillers). Took them 2 days to reply, only to tell me that they will recommend me to another clinic for root canal, which in turn will take another 2 days to get back to me. In the end I called another dental clinic for an emergency root canal and got an appointment on the same day, less than 2 hours from the call. (The other clinic which they referred did get back to me after 2 days, but only to offer an appointment another 5 days from then) I don't blame them for the root canal as the cavity was deep, but they need to have more urgency in dealing with an emergency that's partially a result of a procedure performed by them. Pro: Staffs are generally friendly.
