Rude customer service, no phone etiquette at all,
We all know customer service is tough over the phone especially at late night hours, but you ought to train your staff on handling phone calls.
One of the last companies that i will call for taxis.
Totally disappointing.

โ โ โ โ โ The lady working on Sun morning shift has extremely bad attitude and services. In addition to not informing my taxi driver my updated location, she cancelled my booking without informing me. When I called to enquire my taxi information, she raised her voice and scolded me for 10 minutes, and did not even make the effort to amend her mistakes. As a result of her lack of due diligence, I was late for work.
Boss of Boon Lay Radio taxi please do something to improve your call operatorโs competency skills, especially this lady working on every Sunday morning shift.
