Unforgiven...all of my unit confidential letter/documents goes to my neighbourhood letter box...including bank statements...

Open on sat evening. No crowd this timing.

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. My parcel got returned to me for absolutely no valid reason and the staff couldn't even help me properly. A bunch of incompetent staff working at the Jurong Point branch. Utterly useless. Don't waste your time and money; go elsewhere for better postal services. Thumbs down!

Very professional staff. A comparatively large singpost branch. Conveniently located near Boon lay MRT station and bus interchange. The branch is at the mall's basement, which is not always easy to identify.

I came to JP branch to sort out problems with my undelivered parcel. I was met by incredibly friendly staff Cynthia who clearly explained me the reasons, saved me from going through Customer Service again and went an extra mile to inform me about the delivery updates. It's not my first time interacting with JP branch with regards to parcel service and it's always been a very pleasant experience!

I always come here for my mailing needs. The service is always impeccable and the queues, if any, are fast. One time, after dropping my parcel into the postbox, I realized I needed to change the address. The staff were very understanding and helped to open the door to the postbox to retrieve my parcel. Recently, one of my parcels was also returned to me for no reason (the person sorting the parcels must have mixed up the delivery and return addresses). I headed to the post office for help, and the staff very kindly helped to mail my parcel again at no cost for me. Thank you!

I had visited Singpost to purchase my CBS report yesterday afternoon 3-4pm, the staff at counter number 4 pass me a form and point me to another side to fill out the form After fill out the form. I came back to the counter and waited for her to serve her customer for about 20mins, when in my turn, she told me in unpleasant way that I should go to another counter by turning her face to her left, as she has a lot of passport collection case to settle (she never looked up at me from the beginning till that moment) I was shocked as my queue number is under her counter but she kept me waiting and push me again to others. Therefore she changed her face in another second after I showed unsatisfied, she quickly stand up and get the form from me and pass the form to her colleague at counter number 2. Thanks to the friendly staff at counter 2 who had settled my enquiry in just 2-3 minutes.
