Friendly fast attentive cosy comfy ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists and families. Next to plenty of choices for friendly romantic cosy upscale fast service aircond with good view. Delicious cake to go with nice aroma coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tons of options to take a bus to almost anywhere in Singapore and if pressed on time and schedule for bus there's a Option to take MRT respectively. Even during peak hours Never seen it heavily crowded due to the layout and management I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good News for those passengers or workers use this Boon Lay Interchange to travel to work place, please remember to buy a Fresh Nasi Lemak or Otah from Nam San. Their main outlet at Joo Chiat Road. You will not get it from other place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely crowded always..no safe distancing:( this is an essential station and aids to many commuters especially to the ones who stay in the interiors or Jurong West. The trains comes withing 3 mins interval and the overall service is good. Jurong Point is a shoppers paradise where everything is available right under one roof. The place is upgrading and I hope there will be some newer additions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Systematic bus station and always maintained properly. Always being mopped and cleaned by their staff. One of the best bus station. Many affordable eateries are available, like mixed rices, bakery, chicken rice. Clinics and bank can be found nearby the mrt station. Connected to bus station and the mall. Free newspaper in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and well maintained interchange providing bus services for nearby areas in Boon Lay. Interchange is also connected to a big shopping mall. The Boon Lay mrt is also easily accessible from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The interchange bus entrance next to BHG is very congested and inefficient at peak hours. One way in, one way out right next to a traffic light, with buses moving out at a glacial pace, the incoming buses have trouble finding parking to disembark passengers. Passengers end up waiting for too long, making us late for work or other appointments. Very disappointed with whoever who designed the layout of the interchange and the roads leading in/out. Horrible planning and inefficient.
There is nothing that can be done about the layout, but please manage the traffic better and give priority to incoming buses to disembark!
