Best Japanese restaurant in Singapore

S	S G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Googled ramen shops and decided to go this ramen shop. I had Hokkaido butter ramen set. This set comes with Gyoza and Watermelon. Gyoza was not so nice but the ramen was enough to satisfy me.

It was the weekend but totally empty. Shows that the bad quality remains. Food is super salty. Service is so-so. No service staff on the floor. All hiding inside.
E	Elainnn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn’t crowded during the dinner period. Decent ramen with generous portion. The Karaage was too salty.. but quite tasty if you brush the sauce aside. Tomato cheese ramen is surprisingly pleasant. However, the beef ramen wasn’t that good and it had the very strong beefy smell ?

Everything was warm by the time it reached me . Warm raw fish isn't my thing . Portions not the type to leave you satisfied . Felt like I was rationing myself during the meal . The fish looks so sparse on the rice like my hair on my head . The gyoza, an offhand top up was probably the highlight of the meal . If I ever returned, it probably would be for ramen and not this , assuming I do . The only draw seems to be a place you bring friends if it needs to be halal . Everything came to around $26 I feel I paid more for the deco than for my food It's the kind of experience I'll say leaves you feeling shortchanged. If I have to say it , 3 stars are entirely because of the deco and staff
M	Mazlan Marsiber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ store serves 2 types of Japanese staples,ramen and donburi.ramen Is based on hokkaido style and there is a large variety to choose from.personal recommendation wld be their Donburi as it is quite filling and delicious.prices start from 12 dollars for a main and the set meal includes a fruit and either kaarage or gyzo.drinks are separate.all In all expect to pay abt 20 sgd++ per head.
Z	Zozo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ @ichikokudosg LOOKS promising. They have quite extensive menu and are halal certified therefore their broth are simmered with chicken bone instead. Here their ramen noodle is using hokkaido wheat flour which menu stated thin noodle for most of their ramen except the spicy version. Moving on to what we have. Ichikokudo Ramen Original. Is Shoyu Ramen which we feel it taste just plain SALTY ?. I personally didn't like the egg as well. Doesn't have the molten centered yolk. Tomato Ramen with Cheese, felt the broth is too thick and overwhelming upon first spoon. Like thickened tomato sauce / tomato puree with some fresh diced tomatoes while it does have that tanginess BUT couldn’t detect any cheese at all and everything just taste VERY SALTY and jelat. Unfortunately, we had to surrender the entire bowl. Guess we just can't appreciate shoyu base ramen and chicken broth. ? Ig: @zoey_belle_
V	Viecha Qiu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and last time to be here! We order sashimi, beef ramen, chicken ramen, and abalone The good thing was the salmon and eggs only, the rest was terrible! Cost me $60 incld tax and service charge. The soup was bland, overall not the taste i was hoping to be at-least-good enough. I rather go L2 to eat china beef noodle, than this one. Very disappointed

The food served was fast. The staffs were friendly. We were initiated to transfer to a more cosy corner for our family feast. Indeed felt like in a Japanese restaurant atmosphere there due to the interior deco.
