Q & M Dental Surgery (Jurong West) - Jurong Point

I went down for my root canal treatment at this clinic . So as per dentist advise I should not eat anything crunchy at all after the treatment for the day. The filling she put for me it mend for temporary sealing to prevent the germ go inside the tooth. However the quality of the material was so bad even with fish soup the filling fall off. I went back to clinic to get it fix . My dentist left however another lady dentist ( Indian I think hear from the way she speak). She say that it is normal for the filling to fall off, even it totally fall off it is fine. I was so upset with the way she advice me. How can one person with qualification to be dentist speak like this to her patient? How can she so heartless think how I feel. She do not even want to fix the filling for me even say to me that my dentist will say the same. I ask her nicely to fix it , she ask me to come back the next day with dark face I out my particular for next day appointment. Customers like us know how to read and research. Information are available online. Please treat your customers nicely.

Dr Lin Zhiyi the best! ? Good explaination and feel calm doing my extraction. Staffs polite and give a thorough info on how to take care after the extraction. Highly recommended dental clinic.

I had a really good experience at this dentist, and I am a very anxious dental patient. I needed to get my wisdom tooth extracted, and the dentist and the nurses were all very friendly and helped me relax as much as possible. They were very reassuring and the female nurse even held my hand, which was extremely nice of her! The dentist also talked to me throughout the process and let me know what was going on. The extraction itself was pain free, and the dentists advice for caring for the tooth was thorough. Thank you so much for making my experience a good one!

was having lunch ard the area when a sudden tooth-ache cropped up, must have been from my previous problem.. so decided to pop in and hey they had a dentist who was available.. was greeted by the friendly staff at the counter which made sure that I adhere to the covid-19 guidelines.. the female dentist who attended to me really made sure that i was okay throughout the whole process.. thank you to everyone, even though I have to travel from east to here the next time, I WOULD! and the price is affordable too didnt burned a whole in my pocket :)

Visited Jurong Point Dental Surgery recently and I must say Dr Lin and her female assistant has vast knowledge and experience to make the visit a memorable one. She explained in details with regards to my tooth matters and her assistance always ensure that I have tissue to wipe and gargle my mouth thoroughly of blood. I must say their receptionist are friendly and helpful too during my visit. Prices are affordable compared to the clinics around the area. Kudos to the team! I shall see you again in 6 months time! <3

The opening hour should be 9am, right? When I reached by 9:05am, I was denied entry! The lights were on but the clinic was still closed! The lady would not allow me to go in, saying that she’s still doing the cleaning. I was asked to come back later. My appointment was by 9:30am, and I came back by 9:15am, but there’s nobody at the counter. The assistant only came out of the room when a call rang in the office. She then told me that dentist will be half an hour late, and I am not allowed to “loiter” in the clinic. I said I could not find a seat outside and asked if I could wait in, but the lady insisted that I come back by 9:45am..so is it my fault that your dentist is late, and I can’t even sit and wait in your clinic?? Terrible front customer service! First time here but leaving me such a bad experience. Later went in to see the dentist. She was quite thorough and good in explaining to me regarding my teeth condition, though. The whole scaling process took about 40 minutes, and the dental fees charged was over $100

Outstanding service from this Q&M. My son had an urgent matter with his teeth that needed to be dealt with. While the other dentist in the area refused to help, the wonderful dentist here stepped in to help and fit my son in with only a couple hours before closing. I will forever be grateful for their willingness to help.

Simple annual maintenance scaling but charged me with additional consultation fee and incomplete job. Old man dentist was hasty and wanted to finish as soon as possible. Took less than 20 mins. Still have tar present on a few pieces of teeth. Dentist was not bothered to face me and talk to me, playing Facebook on his handphone while talking to me. Totally unprofessional behaviour and attitude. He mentions that I 'should get surgery for my wisdom tooth', which I am aware of. I did not expect that this 1 sentence from him to become an additional item to pay as 'consultancy fee' (which was more expensive than the one-off sterilisation & disposables). That's what I got for wasting his time I guess. Edit: There is a promotion package going around advertising it scaling service plus consultation at 68, my bill was 147.
