An underrated soy bean stall at boon Lay Market and food centre. The tau huey or soy beancurd is in no way below the standard of Mr bean or other mass production stores, yet it is so much more affordable. The owners are an elderly couple and their son occasionally helps out. You can taste the delicious beans in every sip and every slurp. The firmness of the curd is perfect unlike their competitors which tend to be both tasteless(bean taste not sugar taste) and tender If you prefer less sugar do inform them that you want less sugar or do it the Singaporean style "siew dai!" if like me you want to taste the beans or you are ordering for elderly consider ordering "kosong" As the rent has recently increased the elderly couple has started to work past lunch hour to cope. A lovely stall that focus on what they know best, soy bean. They are facing the posb atm machine along the row of power lemak.

My family loves the soy bean drink :) you can taste the soy bean as it is; thick & flavorful! My eldest son who loves tow huay loves the taste of their soy bean!!! Not to mention, their price is extremely affordable!!! It’s cheap & good quality!!!
