★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meat don’t seem marinated and tasted bland. They have a rather weird ordering requirement of a minimum of 12 plates which really doesn’t make sense. The seafood ingredients are just mediocre. The soup in particular was horribly bland. We tried adding different ingredients and even pork lard in the soup just to make it have some flavour - but doesn’t seem to work.
Service was... fine. Nothing to scream home about. Place was situated in an industrial area - quite humid and cramped - not particularly comfortable.
I’m so torn. I’ve seen good reviews of the place on Tik Tok but I guess it’s just hyped for the youngsters with the bright neon sign. The food is really... meh. Take your money some place else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their Special Pork Belly was not that great... The other meats tasted A LOT better.
Disappointed that order was wrong even though we ordered few days in advance.
Soup was very little, comes in 2 plastic cup. Had to top up on our own with hot water + Maggie seasoning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price very reasonable. Food is good but would be better if reduce the msg on the meat and reduce the sugar on the sauce. Love that they provide mince garlic in the condiments. Those who said their soup is bland, that's the way it should be for mookarta, boil some veg and food in and the soup will be great. Support local hawker guys! Friendly bosses, food served fast too. Seafood not fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mookata and lok lok buffet at an affordable price. Nothing outstanding about the food but reasonable for this price point. Lok lok gets rather oily after a while but highly recommend the broccoli! Mookata meat was nothing to shout about.
